These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement that applies to the f111 platform and all its associated services. By accessing the f111 website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

From the date these Terms take effect, all prior oral or written understandings are considered void. The Bengali version of these Terms is authoritative; if any inconsistency arises in a version in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail.

To create an account on f111 you must be at least 21 years of age. No account will remain active without age verification, and no withdrawals will be processed from the account.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, device or IP address, f111 reserves the right to permanently close those accounts and forfeit all balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. The following information is collected:

• Full name (as per National ID card)
• Date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Email address (where applicable)
• Preferred deposit and withdrawal method

2.4 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. f111 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately via live chat.

3.1 Required Documents

To confirm identity, a clear photo of any one of the following government-issued documents must be submitted:

The name, date of birth and photo must be clearly visible on the submitted document. If the information on the document is unclear or damaged, resubmission will be requested.

3.2 Verification Process

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on f111 can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank can be used. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposits are usually credited to the account instantly. If a deposit does not appear for any reason, contact the support team with proof of payment.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timing

It is preferable for the withdrawal method to match the deposit method. The minimum amount for a withdrawal to be processed is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. If a bonus is active, the portion related to it cannot be withdrawn until its wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Source of Funds

f111 is mindful of anti-money laundering. Every deposit and withdrawal must come from a legitimate source and must be conducted from the member's own account. Using a third party's account for transactions is strictly prohibited.

A 100% bonus on the first deposit at f111 is available, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000; before the bonus can be withdrawn, bets of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed.

5.3 Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering is completed.
• A bonus may only be used in your own account — transfer or sale is prohibited.
• f111 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• If fraudulent activity or a breach of terms is found, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 General Rules

All games on f111 are operated through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every outcome is completely fair and not predetermined.

If a technical error occurs during gameplay, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned. However, f111 reserves the right to cancel winnings obtained from a faulty round.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds published in the Sports Betting section are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, f111's designated rules will apply to the relevant bets.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided through Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and other reputable providers. The live dealer's decision is final. f111 will not be responsible for any active bets in the event of an internet disconnection.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit applies to winnings from a single bet in each game category. This limit is set in accordance with the game provider's rules and f111's policy. If winnings exceed the limit, only up to the maximum limit will be paid out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f111 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through fraudulent or artificial betting patterns.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Attempting to make unauthorised modifications to the platform's security or software.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving abusively towards other members.
• Creating an account by providing false information.
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Operating an account without meeting the age requirement.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. Relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8.1 Suspension by f111

f111 may suspend an account temporarily or permanently without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of terms.
• If any transaction or activity appears unusual or suspicious.
• If there is a failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• On the order of a court or competent authority.

8.2 Closure by the Member

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for six consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be kept, however f111 reserves the right to deduct a maintenance fee. Logging in again will reactivate the account.

9.1 Service Disruption

f111 is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance activities, disruptions to third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances. f111 will not be held liable for any financial or other losses caused by such disruptions.

9.2 Gambling Risk

Online gaming involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you are playing of your own free will and at your own risk. f111 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from gaming. Only wager an amount that you can afford to lose without affecting your livelihood.

9.3 Third-Party Services

9.4 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please first attempt to resolve it through our support team. f111's decision will be considered final; however, members retain the right to appeal to the relevant regulatory authority.

10.1 Right to Make Changes

f111 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify members at their registered email address or phone number.

10.2 Effective Date of Changes

The updated version of the terms and conditions will take effect from the date it is published. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, please request the closure of your account.

10.3 Language and Interpretation

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is legally valid and authoritative. In the event of any inconsistency in a translation or interpretation, the Bengali text will be final. If any clause of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
